At Pet Solutions, your satisfaction is our priority. If something isn't right, we want to fix it — here's how our return process works.
Change of mind returns
- Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
- Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
- Customer is responsible for return postage costs
- Refund issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the return
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
- If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or is the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible
- Please provide your order number and photos or video clearly showing the issue
- In most cases, you will not need to return the item — we'll arrange a replacement or full refund based on the evidence provided
- If a return is required, we will cover all return postage costs and provide instructions
- We will offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund — your choice
How to start a return
- Visit our Contact page and submit your request with your order number and reason for return
- We'll reply within 1 business day with instructions
- If a return is needed, pack the item securely and send it to the address provided
- Once received (or once evidence is reviewed for faulty items), your refund or replacement will be processed within 5 business days
Non-returnable items
- Items returned after 30 days (unless faulty)
- Items that show signs of use or are not in original packaging
We comply with Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the ACL.
