At Pet Solutions, your satisfaction is our priority. If something isn't right, we want to fix it — here's how our return process works.

Change of mind returns

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
  • Customer is responsible for return postage costs
  • Refund issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the return

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

  • If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or is the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible
  • Please provide your order number and photos or video clearly showing the issue
  • In most cases, you will not need to return the item — we'll arrange a replacement or full refund based on the evidence provided
  • If a return is required, we will cover all return postage costs and provide instructions
  • We will offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund — your choice

How to start a return

  1. Visit our Contact page and submit your request with your order number and reason for return
  2. We'll reply within 1 business day with instructions
  3. If a return is needed, pack the item securely and send it to the address provided
  4. Once received (or once evidence is reviewed for faulty items), your refund or replacement will be processed within 5 business days

Non-returnable items

  • Items returned after 30 days (unless faulty)
  • Items that show signs of use or are not in original packaging
