Q: How does the water bottle work?
Simply fill the bottle with water, then press the release button to pour water into the trough. Your dog drinks directly from the trough. When they're done, press the button again to suck the remaining water back into the bottle — no mess, no waste.
Q: Is it dishwasher safe?
We recommend hand washing with warm soapy water. The bottle unscrews easily for a thorough rinse. Avoid the dishwasher as high heat can affect the plastic over time.
Q: What type of waste bags does it fit?
The dispenser fits standard roll-style waste bags — the most common type available at supermarkets and pet stores across Australia.
Q: Can I use it for cats or other pets?
It's designed primarily for dogs, but works great for any pet that drinks from a bowl. The trough is easy to pour into regardless of the size of your pet.
Q: Is the material safe for my pet?
Absolutely. The bottle is made from BPA-free, pet-safe ABS plastic — the same material used in many pet bowls and accessories.
About the grooming glove
Q: How do I fill the shampoo dispenser?
Open the small ring at the base of the glove, pour in your diluted shampoo, and close it back up. Squeeze the glove gently during the bath to release the shampoo directly into your pet's coat — no need to stop and grab a bottle.
Q: Does it work on cats too?
Yes! The soft silicone bristles are gentle enough for both dogs and cats, short or long hair. It's a great grooming tool for any furry family member.
Q: How do I clean the glove after use?
Simply rinse it under warm water after each use and hang it to dry. The silicone material resists bacteria and odour, making it easy to keep hygienic.
Q: Will it pull on my pet's fur?
Not at all. The soft silicone bristles are designed to glide through your pet's coat without tugging or pulling — ideal for pets with sensitive skin.
Q: Can I use any shampoo in the dispenser?
Yes, any pet-safe shampoo works. We recommend diluting it with a little water first for easier dispensing and a better lather.

Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
We dispatch orders within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery takes 7–15 business days Australia-wide. Express options are available at checkout.
Q: Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within Australia only. Stay tuned — international shipping is something we're looking into!
Returns & refunds
Q: What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?
We're sorry to hear that! Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo or video of the issue — in most cases you won't need to return the item and we'll arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
Q: Can I return my order if I change my mind?
